Shareholding Structure
“Institute of Forestry” AD Podgorica has share capital amounting to 125.058,00 EUR and it is divided into 54,128 shares, each with a nominal value per share of 2,31 EUR.
The shares are ordinary; they are issued, acquired, and transferred in dematerialised form and are registered in the securities register maintained by the Central Clearing and Depository Company (CKDD) AD Podgorica, all in accordance with the law regulating the capital market.
In mid-2025, the shares were delisted from the Montenegro Stock Exchange, and since then they may be traded only on the OTC market, through authorised legal entities entitled to participate in the OTC market.
