Shareholders’ Assembly

The Assembly consists of all shareholders who hold shares in the Company – “Institute of Forestry” AD Podgorica – and who are entitled to participate in the work of the Company’s Assembly. Eligibility is determined on the basis of the shareholder list from CKDD, which the Company is obliged to obtain two working days prior to the Shareholders’ Assembly meeting.

“Institute of Forestry” AD Podgorica has defined business sectors, as follows:

  • sector for design and research & development
  • sector for administrative and general affairs

Within the specified sectors, there are specialised services, and the Company may establish commissions, committees, and other bodies in accordance with the Statute and applicable legislation.
